We do have flat rate shipping $8.95 although some items may ship free, We do use USPS as a shipping carrier and but for some items we do use Fedex and UPS as well.
We do offer 30 days returns, 30 days starts the day item is delivered, Item must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition it was received, unfortunately if the item is used we cannot offer returns for that.
